The sub-surface system
No slab? No problem.
PickleDeck is the modular sub-surface that turns grass, dirt and uneven ground into a flat, stable court base — so a backyard, park or field can host a regulation roll-out court.
Assess My Site
Levels the ground
The modular deck creates the flat, stable base a court requires — over grass, dirt or gentle slopes.
Court goes on top
The same regulation 20′×44′ cushioned surface rolls out over the deck, lines pre-printed.
Fully reversible
Remove the system and the ground returns to what it was — nothing poured, nothing paved.
PickleDeck questions
Can you really put a pickleball court on grass?
Not directly — a court needs a flat, stable base. That's exactly what PickleDeck provides: a modular sub-surface that levels grass, dirt or uneven ground so the regulation roll-out surface can go on top.
What is PickleDeck made of?
It's a modular deck system engineered as a court base. Configuration depends on your site — ground condition and slope determine the build, which is assessed during your quote.
Is a PickleDeck court permanent?
It can be either — leave the system down season after season, or remove it and the ground returns to normal. That reversibility is the point for backyards and parks.
Does it work for sloped yards?
Moderate unevenness is what the system is designed to level. Send photos and rough slope details with your quote request and we'll tell you honestly whether your site works.
